Free includes one analysis for the life of the account. Pro and Ultra allowances renew with each Stripe billing period. Retries use your allowance.
When does my allowance reset?
At the start of each billing period, on the day your subscription renews. Unused analyses do not carry over. An analysis counts once it is accepted, even if it later fails or you cancel it.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Choose a plan on the Account page. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Why do I need to verify my email?
Analyses run only for verified accounts, and each person can claim the free analysis once; a second account from the same browser does not get another. If the verification email has not arrived, check your spam folder, then use Resend verification email on the Account page.
What happens to the files I upload?
Files are stored encrypted and used only to analyse them for you. We do not share them or use them to train models. Files and results are deleted automatically 30 days after submission, and you can delete an analysis sooner from the workspace.
